FITNESS (40%)
1 Fuerza y Resistencia Muscular
A (100-90) The student is able to perform the activities and games exerting the necessary force in each movement or set of movements, keep them as long as necessary and properly getting the desired objectives.
B (89-80) The student is able to perform the activities and games exerting the necessary force in each movement or set of movements, keep them for your time and getting some of the necessary objectives.
C (79-70) The student is able to perform the activities and games exerting the necessary force in each movement or set of movements but with some difficulty maintaining prolonged muscular effort.
D (69-60) The student has difficulties in activities with muscular strength and muscular endurance involved and do not get the desired objectives.
2 Resistencia Cardiovascular
A (100-90) The student is able to maintain cardiovascular efforts appropriate to their age, keeping them in their duration and intensity and with a fast recovery.
B (89-80) The student is able to maintain cardiovascular efforts appropriate to their age, keeping them in their duration and intensity.
C (79-70) The student is able to maintain cardiovascular efforts appropriate to their age, keeping them in their intensity but with difficulties in prolonged efforts.
D (69-60) The student has difficulties in maintain cardiovascular efforts appropriate to their age in their duration and intensity.
3 Flexibilidad
A (100-90) The student is able to perform one or more movements in their full range of motion, showing sufficient muscle elasticity and joint mobility and properly getting the desired objectives.
B (89-80) The student is able to perform one or more movements in a limited range of motion but properly getting the desired objectives.
C (79-70) The student is able to perform one or more movements in a limited range of motion, showing limited muscle elasticity and joint mobility.
D (69-60) The student shows limited muscle elasticity and joint mobility and do not get the desired objectives in flexibility exercises and activities.
4 Salud Corporal
A (100-90) Perfect distribution between fat and muscle in the body (height and body lengths allow full development of physical skills).
B (89-80) Very suitable distribution between fat and muscle in the body (height and body lengths allow a very good development of physical skills).
C (79-70) Suitable distribution between fat and muscle in the body (height and body lengths allow a good development of physical skills).
D (69-60) Distribution between fat and muscle in the body could be improved (height and body limit the development of physical skills).
